Declarations when fasting for 2025 Part 1
Read Isaiah 58: 6-14
1.Father I thank you for the grace to fast and pray.
2.I humble myself before you as I seek your face in prayer and fasting.
3.I repent where in the past I fasted for strife and debate. (Isaiah 58:4)
4. I repent where I fasted in the past with wicked designs in my heart. (Isaiah 58:4)
5. I repent where, as I fasted in the past,
a. I did not share my bread with the hungry (Isaiah 58:7)
b. I did not cover those that were naked (Isaiah 58:7)
c. I hid myself from my own people (Isaiah 58:7)
d. I did not minister to the poor (Isaiah 58:7)
e. I spoke wickedness, and pointed fingers blaming others as I fasted (Isaiah 58:9)
f. I did as I pleased when fasting (Isaiah 58: 13)
g. I did not humble myself and bow my head before you (Isaiah 58: 5)
6.Father forgive me and cleanse me from this unrighteousness and sin, because to him that knows to do good and does not do it to him it is sin. (James 4:17)
7.I plead for your mercy and grace, because you resist the proud, but you give grace to the humble. (James 4:6)
8.For the sake of your name and for the sake of your purposes in my life, forgive me. (Psalm 25:11)
9.May I find favor in your sight as Queen Easter did when she petitioned the King on behalf of the nation of Israel.
10. Thank you that your word is forever settled in heaven and that you watch over your word to perform it in my life. (Psalm 119:89, Jeremiah 1:12)
11. Lord I lift your word before you as a witness and as a petition for me before your throne of grace as I fast and pray.
12. Let bonds of wickedness be loosened in my life in the name of Jesus (Isaiah 58: 6)
13. Let heavy burdens in my life be undone in Jesus name. (v6)
14. Free me from the oppression of the enemy in the name of Jesus. (Isaiah 58: 6)
15. Let every yoke in my life be broken in Jesus name. (Isaiah 58 :6)
16. Father I thank you that your light breaks forth like the morning in my
life in the name of Jesus. (v8)
17. Let my healing come speedily in Jesus name. (v8)
18. Father let your righteousness go before me in the name of Jesus. (v 8)
19. Father let your glory be my rear guard. (v 8)
20. Answer me O Lord I pray. (v9)
21. Speak to me in the name of Jesus. (v9)
22. Let my light dawn in the darkness. (v10)
23. Let my darkness be as the noon day, my darkest moments be as the noon day. (v11)
24. Father guide me continually in this season. (v11)
25. Satisfy my soul in drought in the name of Jesus. (v11)
26. Strengthen my bones in the name Jesus. (v11)
27. I declare and decree that I am a well-watered garden in the name of Jesus. (v11)
28. I am a spring of water whose waters do not fail. (v 11)
29. I build old waste places. (v 12)
30. I raise up foundations of many generations. (v12)
